INGREDIENTS
- 250 g (8 oz) Chinese broccoli (gai larn)
- 150 g (5 oz) choy sum
SAUCE:
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Cut Chinese broccoli (gai larn) and choy sum into short lengths. Place vegetables in boiling water for 30 seconds and then drain.
2 To make sauce, heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add ginger and cook for 1 minute.
3 Add remaining ingredients and cook for 2 minutes. Toss vegetables in sauce and cook for 1 minute or until heated through. Serve immediately.
