Smorgasbord Favourites: Roast Beef and Egg Recipe
- 1 large slice brown bread
- 1/4 oz (7 g) soft butter
- 2-3 lettuce leaves
- 2 slices cold roast beef
- 1 wedge hard-boiled egg
- 1/2 teaspoon grated horseradish (optional)
- Sprig parsley
- Spread the bread with the butter.
- Top with the lettuce, roast beef slices, egg, horseradish and parsley.
