INGREDIENTS
- 4 tortillas
- Salad greens
- 2 chicken breast fillets, cooked and shredded
- 6 red chillies, chopped
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup (2 fl oz) water
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Place tortillas on a board and top with salad greens and chicken.
2 Place chillies, sugar, water, lime juice and cumin seeds in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring, until sugar has dissolved.
3 Cook for 4 minutes, add tomatoes and cook until mixture is thick.
4 To serve, spoon chilli sauce over chicken, fold over tortilla and wrap it in a napkin.
