✅NO-FLOUR: Delicious Healthy Snack Recipe
If you're tired of eating the same breakfast all the time, try this flourless snack recipe. Even children who don't like cheese and eggs love it. A flourless snack recipe. A healthy snack with oats instead of flour. A delicious and fit snack.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons yoghurt
- Handful of parsley
- 1 (small) tomato
- 1 (small) green pepper
- 2 tablespoons cheese of your choice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
For the above:
- some Black cumin
Instructions
- Take oatmeal in a suitable bowl.
- Add the other ingredients, except black cumin, and mix.
- Using a spoon, put dollops of the mixture on the baking tray lined with baking paper and do not spread it too much.
- Sprinkle black cumin on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy your meal

Notes
- If you are going to use finely ground oatmeal, use a glass of water.
- Spices may vary according to your taste.
- Cheese can be added if desired.
- It’s up to you to add or remove whatever you want from the filling.
- When placing it on the baking tray, place it in small balls without spreading it too much so that it can form a pastry. Otherwise, it can spread like a cookie.
