Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons yoghurt
  • Handful of parsley
  • 1 (small) tomato
  • 1 (small) green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cheese of your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the above:

  • some Black cumin

Instructions
 

  • Take oatmeal in a suitable bowl.
  • Add the other ingredients, except black cumin, and mix.
  • Using a spoon, put dollops of the mixture on the baking tray lined with baking paper and do not spread it too much.
  • Sprinkle black cumin on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy your meal

Notes

  • If you are going to use finely ground oatmeal, use a glass of water.
  • Spices may vary according to your taste.
  • Cheese can be added if desired.
  • It’s up to you to add or remove whatever you want from the filling.
  • When placing it on the baking tray, place it in small balls without spreading it too much so that it can form a pastry. Otherwise, it can spread like a cookie.
