INGREDIENTS
- 1 large melon (Ogen or Charentais)
- 300 ml (1/2 pint natural yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Halve the melon and scoop out all the seeds. Scoop the melon flesh into a food processor or blender and work until smooth.
2 Mix the melon puree with the yogurt.
3 Transfer the melon and yogurt mixture to a shallow freezer container, and freeze until firm.
4 Serve the melon ice cream in scoops.
