Grandmother’s Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 3½ pounds chicken breasts, cut into halves or thirds
- 1 10½ oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 10½ oz can condensed cream of celery soup
- 7 mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 pkg dry bread crumb stuffing mix
- 3 Tbsb lemon juice

- #Who doesn’t love foods made by his/her granny. This chicken recipe is a special one I learned from my grandmother. Enjoy it as we do in every occasion!# In casserole dish put the following layer of chicken, layer of soup mix, layer of stuffing mix, layer of mushrooms.
- Pour lemon juice over top of casserole. Bake at 325* for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 8 servings. #TIP# Add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese after the stuffing layers and/or pour melted butter over casserole with lemon juice to increase calories further. #TO SERVE#
