INGREDIENTS
- 6 fresh figs, halved
- 2 tablespoons dessert wine
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 60 g (2 oz) butter
- Toffee ice cream to serve
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Place figs on a tray, flesh side up. Brush figs with dessert wine and sprinkle with brown sugar.
2 Place under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes or until figs are golden. Serve with toffee ice cream.
