INGREDIENTS
- 350 g (11¼ oz) fresh or 200 g (6½ oz) dried egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 green capsicum (pepper), chopped
- 200 g (6½ oz) bok choy
- 350 g (11¼ oz) Chinese barbecue pork, sliced
- 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet white cooking wine
- ¼ cup (2 fl oz) chicken stock
- Chilli sauce for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Prepare noodles following instructions. Heat oil in a wok or frypan over high heat.
2 Add onions and cook for 5 minutes or until golden. Add capsicum (pepper), bok choy and pork and stir fry for 2 minutes.
3 Add noodles, soy sauce, wine and stock to wok and cook for 4 minutes or until heated through.
4 Serve in deep bowls with chilli sauce on the side.
