Bean Paste

Sauces made from soya beans. There are many varieties of bean paste. Hot bean paste is made with chilies and is salty. Soy Bean Paste is dark in color, very salty and is made with fermented soya beans. Sweet Bean Paste is made with black soya beans, sugar, flour and spices. Yellow Bean Paste is made with yellow soya beans, and is also quite salty in taste.
