- 500 g (1 lb) celeriac, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted hazelnuts
- 3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups (16 fl oz) cream
- 150 g (5 oz) blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 Layer celeriac, hazelnuts and potatoes in a greased ovenproof dish. Pour over cream and bake in a preheated 200°C (400°F) oven for 40 minutes.
2 Sprinkle over cheese and caraway seeds and bake for a further 15 minutes or until vegetables are soft and cheese is golden. Serve with roast meat.
