INGREDIENTS
- 500 g (1 lb) white cabbage, shredded
- 125 g (4 oz) carrots, grated
- 1 onion, sliced
- Lemon Yogurt Dressing
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Mix the cabbage with the carrot and onion in a large bowl.
2 Add the Lemon Yogurt Dressing and toss vigorously. Garnish with the parsley and chill until ready to serve
