  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar or more
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
