Smorgasbord Recipes: Parma Ham and Fig
- 1 large slice crusty brown bread
- 1/4 oz (7 g) soft butter
- 4 slices Parma ham
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 fresh fig, sliced
- Spread the bread with the butter.
- Place the slices of ham individually on a board, sprinkle with pepper, roll up and arrange on the bread.
- Spoon the mayonnaise onto the ham, and top with the fig slices.
