Smorgasbord Favourites: Prawn and Mock Caviare Recipe
- 2 oz (50 g) frozen or canned prawns
- 1 large slice white bread
- 1/4-oz (7g) soft butter
- 2-3 lettuce leaves twist of lime
- 1 teaspoon lumpfish roe
- Allow frozen prawns to thaw or drain canned prawns.
- Spread the bread with the butter and top with the lettuce.
- Arrange the prawns on top and garnish with a twist of lime and the lumpfish roe.
