Smorgasbord Favourites: Egg and Tongue
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1 large slice brown bread
- 1/4 oz (7 g) soft butter
- 2-3 lettuce leaves
- 2 oz (50g) sliced smoked tongue
- 2 stuffed olives
- 1/4 teaspoon capers
- Shell and slice the egg.
- Spread the bread with the butter.
- Top with the lettuce, smoked tongue, egg, olives and capers.
