Smorgasbord Favourites: Blue Cheese and Walnut Recipe
- 1 slice crispbread
- 1/4 oz (7 g) soft butter
- 1 large tomato, sliced Salt and pepper
- 2 small slices Stilton cheese
- 1 shelled walnut
- Spread the crispbread with the butter, top with the sliced tomato and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the Stilton on the tomato and garnish with the walnut.
