INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3-cup apple cider or white Vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar or Splenda or Stieva
- 1/2 tsp ground sea salt
- 1 tbsp powdered oregano
- 1 large clove, minced

VARIATION
Balsamic Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
- 50 ml olive oil
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Mix everything in the blender. A dark colored creamy sauce to enjoy over darker colored green leaves: mesclum radicchio, baby spinach.
