Only by mixing them can you understand who is compatible with whom. Here are the main ones: Orange, lemon or lime juice, rice vinegar, red or white wine, garlic, onion, olive oil, sesame oil, ginger, herbs, soy sauce, honey.

Steak or Beef Anticucho Marinade From Peru
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 piece of ginger
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp light tamari or Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1 little salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
1 Either mix all the ingredients in a bowl, or liquefy them in the blender or food processor. Both ways are good but the second one is stronger.
