MATERIALS NEEDED
- 6 small ripe tomatoes, skinned and finely chopped
- 1-2 chilli peppers, cored, deseeded and finely chopped, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
- Pepper, to taste
