Easy Sandwich Recipes: Mussel and Cress Recipe
- 1 large slice brown or white bread
- 1/4 oz (7 g) soft butter
- 1 small onion, peeled
- 1 punnet mustard and cress
- 5 canned mussels
- Spread the bread with the butter. Chop the onion very finely and sprinkle half over the bread.
- Snip the cress with scissors and sprinkle over the onion in a thick layer.
- Drain the mussels thoroughly and arrange them on the bed of cress.
- Garnish with the rest of the onion.
