INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup (2¾ fl oz) balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup (4 fl oz) fruity olive oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ¼ cup basil leaves
- Cracked black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Place ingredients in a saucepan over low heat.
2 Allow basil to infuse for 5 minutes, and strain into a bottle.
3 Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Makes 1 cup (8 fl oz).
