INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 piece fresh ginger
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1/4 cup sake
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oil or other vegetable oil
