INGREDIENTS
- 3 green crabs
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 red chillies, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
- Lime wedges
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Remove limbs and claws from crabs. Cut body portions in half and clean well. Crack claws with the back of a knife or cleaver.
2 Heat a wok over high heat. Add oil, chillies, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
3 Add crab pieces and stir fry for 5-7 minutes or until shells change colour and flesh is white and tender.
4 Serve crabs with lime wedges and eat with your fingers, so the spices on the shell flavour the crab meat.
