How to Make Chantilly Cream

Chantilly cream is whipped double cream, lightly sweetened with sugar and flavoured with vanilla, brandy, kirsch, or other liqueurs and flavourings. Pour the cream into a chilled bowl and whip until soft peaks form. Add the sugar and flavouring, and continue whipping until the cream forms stiff peaks.
