INGREDIENTS

  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Worchester sauce
  • Pilch freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated Parmiggiano Reggiano cheese

INSTRUCTIONS (Caesar-Style Vinaigrette)

1 Mix in blender or food processor the lemon, cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, vinegar and Worchester sauce.

2 Slowly add olive oil, until well blended and creamy.

LIME-TAMARI DRESSING

  • 2 tbspTamari sauce
  • 2 tbsp roasted sesame seed oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • A pinch of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
