INGREDIENTS
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp Worchester sauce
- Pilch freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp freshly grated Parmiggiano Reggiano cheese
INSTRUCTIONS (Caesar-Style Vinaigrette)
1 Mix in blender or food processor the lemon, cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, vinegar and Worchester sauce.
2 Slowly add olive oil, until well blended and creamy.
