Steak or Beef Anticucho Marinade From Peru
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 piece of ginger
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp light tamari or Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1 little salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Either mix all the ingredients in a bowl, or liquefy them in the blender or food processor. Both ways are good but the second one is stronger.
