pinch of salt
pinch of Cornstarch
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 crushed Garlic cloves
1 tbsp black Bean sauce
1 each small, cut into strips Red and green bell pepper
1 chopped finely Fresh red chili
1½ cups sliced Mushroom
1 chopped Onion
6 chopped Scallion
Salt and pepper
SEASONING
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
3 tbsp Chicken stock
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
2 tbsp Beef stock
2 tbsp Rice wine
1 tsp blended with a little rice wine Cornstarch

This tasty chicken stir-fry is quick and easy to make and is full of fresh flavors and crunchy vegetables. Ready to make Chinese style “Chicken with Black Bean Sauce Recipe”?

Put the chicken strips in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of cornstarch and cover with water. Leave to stand for 30 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a wok or deep-sided skillet and stir-fry the chicken for 4 minutes.

Remove the chicken to a warm serving dish and clean the wok.

Add the remaining oil to the wok and add the garlic, black bean sauce, green and red bell peppers, chili, mushrooms, onion, and scallions. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, then return the chicken to the wok.

Add the seasoning ingredients and cook for 3 minutes, then thicken with a little of the cornstarch blend. Serve with fresh noodles.
