INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x 500 g (1 lb) can sliced peaches or pears in fruit juice, drained
  • 475 ml (16 fl oz) low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped toasted almonds
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Divide the fruit among 6 small dessert bowls.

2 Top with yogurt and sprinkle lightly with nuts and cardamom. Serve immediately.
