Ingredients
1 large slice brown or white bread
1/4 oz (7 g) soft butter
1 small onion, peeled
1 punnet mustard and cress
5 canned mussels
Instructions
Spread the bread with the butter. Chop the onion very finely and sprinkle half over the bread.
Snip the cress with scissors and sprinkle over the onion in a thick layer.
Drain the mussels thoroughly and arrange them on the bed of cress.
Garnish with the rest of the onion.
