How to Choose, Store and Use Blueberries & Recipes with Blueberries

Are very tasty and powerful little fruits; one of our best sources of antioxidants. They contain blue pigments called anthocyanins (also found in plums and cherries) that neutralize the damaging free radicals better than many other foods do. They assist with the brain's health, protecting from "oxidative stress" and may also reduce the effects of age-related conditions such as Alzheimer's disease or dementia. Blueberries are one of Nature's best protectors against cancer and heart disease.
