INGREDIENTS

  • 1 quantity pizza dough

TOPPING:

  • 300 g (10 oz) smoked mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 2 green tomatoes, sliced 2 red tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons oregano leaves
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shavings

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Heat 2 baking trays in a preheated 180°C (350°F) oven. Divide pizza dough into 4 pieces and roll until they are 3 mm (1/8 inch) thick.

2 Top dough with slices of mozzarella, and green and red tomatoes. Sprinkle garlic, oregano, oil, and parmesan over pizzas.

3 Slide pizzas onto preheated baking trays and bake for 25 minutes or until crust is golden.
