INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g (1 lb) white cabbage, shredded
  • 125 g (4 oz) carrots, grated
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Lemon Yogurt Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Mix the cabbage with the carrot and onion in a large bowl.

2 Add the Lemon Yogurt Dressing and toss vigorously. Garnish with the pars­ley and chill until ready to serve
